Employment Opportunities and Resource Center, Inc (EORC) was founded in 2020, by Francine Cunningham. Ms. Cunningham has over 15 years of Human Resource experience, assisting clients with resume writing and job placement assistance.  She also provides referrals for medical, education, housing, job training, free food, and clothing.

Since the age of 12, Ms. Cunningham had a vision of assisting her community with the fulfillment of their talents and potential. On Saturday, August 21, 2021, in collaboration with the Bryans Road Community Center, EORC sponsored it's initial Community Giveaway.  During the initial giveaway, we provided resources to 46 cars (a total of 177 household members) and 35 walkups (a total of 81 household members).  EORC has participated each year and has seen an increase in community attendance.  In response, there has also been an increase in resources that are being provided to the community.

Elaine Branch, Assistant Director, plays an intricate role with EORC as a resource for social media job postings, marketing, and event planning.
